It’s been quite a lengthy process, however Lithuania has reduced their 51 contenders into just 8. Last night, the 8th and last heat took place, where a total of eight acts competed once again for the last four spots in the semi-final, which will be held next week.

In this heat, the international and Lithuanian juries agreed for the most part that Gabrielius Vagelis was the top of this heat. The Lithuanian jury however disagreed with the international jury when it came to Fusedmarc, who received 12 points from the Lithuanian jury, and only 5 points with the international jury. For all the other acts, the juries did disagree, so the televoting in this heat was critical to decide who would move into the next round.
The televote revealed a much bigger support for Fusedmarc than any other act. Coming second in the televote was Paula, followed by Gabrielius Vagelis and Kotryna. With their top 4 scores added to their jury scores, they were the overall top 4 of the heat.
